What Does It MeanTo You … “Embracing Gratitude”?
Think about it…
As Business Owners we sometimes become overwhelmed within our businesses, we get caught up with our busy ‘lives', distracted by the people around us – family, friends, pets, social activities, technology etc etc and the list goes on.
It gets to the point where it appears we have become overwhelmed, forgetful and that we are ignoring our Attitude of Gratitude.
In this post I share with you examples of individuals demonstrating their experiences and telling how they embrace gratitude. Hope you're as passionate about Gratitude as I am!

Let Me Ask You A Question …….
How often do you really allow yourself to truly feel and express gratitude?
Here's an experiment – Go for a Gratitude Walk…. You may be wondering??? Gratitude Walk, what's that… ???
Okay, so… drop what you are doing for 15 minutes and, if you can, go outside and start walking.
But, here are the rules:- during your walk, you are not allowed to think about work and you're not to replay scenarios in your head – (real or imagined).
Then first, focus only on the sensation of your feet hitting the ground, your legs stretching and your hips opening up, your breathing getting deeper and you're becoming more relaxed.
Next, turn your attention to all of the things in your life that you are happy about – could be a loving relationship, a nice home, or a satisfying career. Let the more obvious things give way to the subtle things that you might never have thought about, but that also contribute joy to your life, or infuse you with pure gratitude.
At the end of these 15 minutes (or longer), return to what you were doing and notice your energy.
Has it changed? How are you feeling?
So now you've experienced the Gratitude Walk, which I'd recommend you practice perhaps daily or as often as you feel the need!
